I reported to the police the cyber crime activity and I'm waiting why the access on my phone continues and it bothers since the intrusions cause misdirection on my calls, sometimes it's transferred to another nbr.

I really wish this stuff would be in the media and news more. I was scammed out of over 20k, reported to IC3, FTC, as well as Attorney Generals Office twice! Nothing other than being scammed again, after I was scammed all out of Arizona! I am out of Wisconsin!

I have my life and health and series 6. It took me...I'm trying to think...how many months and years for me to fully grasp the long term differences of different products, the positives and benefits and negatives of each...and where what product or approach makes sense...and takes into consideration all the potential ups and downs that may come depending on what happens in the market...what happens in the economy...whether the client has a medical or employment issue etc not over 1 2 or 5 years...but 10 to 20 to 30 years. the idea....that a client...who barely understands the difference of a stock and a mutual fund...what an ira is or isn't...vs a roth...the difference and consequences of term insurance vs ul vs vul vs whole....a managed account, a brokerage account, an ira vs a 401k, a variable annuity, an income annuity, an indexed annuity......the idea that a client is going to be able to have a conversation about their situation...what actually happens with the sequence of returns in a bull or bear market...and what the safe rate of withdrawal is based on and attempting to accomplish, much less the real consequences of being a conservative vs aggressive investor...and what a monte carlo simulation shows.......for a client who knows nothing of that...to sit down across the kitchen table...talk over the heads at the most basic level...and then expect them to be able to differentiate between any of this...is so beyond absurd. Best interest is a great idea. And is so disconnected from reality.
